The developer will be in touch with your tech team to get the work done. We will be responsible for the dedicated working hours given , discipline & work ethic of the developer. for which, your account manager will be at your disposal & keep sharing daily updates & timesheets for better coordination.
For Permanent Hiring
Just share the JD with us & we will find new resources for you. Also, if a resource is laid off within 3 months then we will find a new resource for you without any hiring fees.
For Contractual Hiring
Your account manager will help you to remove or add more developers to your project.
Well, you can book a consultation call here & our account manager will guide you regarding the financials as per your requirements.

Once the resource has joined your organisation we will raise the invoice which can be cleared within 45 days.
For Contractual Hiring
We work on weekly & monthly billing cycles.
Which means,
we will raise the invoice after 1 week or 1 month which can be cleared within 7 days.

No, We will raise the invoice once the candidate is hired.

No. However, for the 1st engagement , we work with upfront payment of 1 month.
which means, You'll have to pay upfront salary of the 1st month in order to get the work started.
